Serve as liaison between the attorney and healthcare providers, testifying experts, and other consultants.
Interview key witnesses and experts.
Assist with Court Preparation
Assist in preparing interrogatories.
Assist in preparing requests for production.
Assist in exhibit preparation.
Assist in the development of deposition and trial (cross or direct) questions.
Review, analyze and summarize depositions, including past testimony.
Attend depositions, trials, review panels and arbitration and mediation hearings.
Research and analyze the validity and reliability of research studies relied on by all parties.
Develop focused, easy to understand written reports to assist the attorney in understanding all the medical aspects of the case.
